We do not guarantee fixed local lead counts, third-party search engine algorithm behavior, or specific phone call volumes. To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta law, InView Media’s total liability for any service breakdowns or technical errors shall be strictly limited to the cumulative amount paid by the client for the specific billing block in dispute.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any legal proceedings or contractual resolutions must be processed within the judicial district of Calgary.
